Hi, today I've followed this thread at forum

and Intel drivers, and it worked, the first time in eight months that I
can suspend my machine.

Then people using non PHP 5.3 compatible applications can't upgrade to
the next LTS ? I think at least should be possible to go back and use
PHP 5.2, the 5.2 branch of PHP still maintained for the PHP team so
there is not reason to simply forget it and put an obstacle to upgrade
the system becasue

I agree, I expend several minutes trying to execute compizconfig-
settings-manager just because I didn't know the exact command name, if
one search for compiz it's not matched, only if you know that the
command is "ccsm" then you write cc you get it among the results.
