Bug is still happening on Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS.
I'm using an external Apple Alu Keyboard.
The interesting thing is, that repeat rate and delay are correct for the
internal keyboard of the notebook but they are wrong for the plugged in
keyboard.
If I go into settings and set it again it is correct

issue temporarily for the current session.
Also changing the repeat speed.
It would be nice if this toggling would be possible from CLI.
This way I wouldn't have to go in the settings every time my computer woke up
from sleep.

I tried version 2.10+repack-2, which is the "newest" package I found that was
installable with dependencies on 18.04.4 (newer deb packages seem to rely on

I'm having the same issue now. I upgraded from Ubuntu 16.04 to 16.10.
I was able to boot twice into a running system, but I had no luck the other
times besides from these two times.
However, this gives you the chance to, hopefully, solve this issue.
And as I'm landing in the recovery console with
I just found out that running "cryptdisks_start cryptswap1" allows me to
activate the swap with swapon.
So I guess the UUID references are fine and there is some systemd-crypto-issue
going on.

Okay, sorry I was wrong again. The other issue just handles the
cryptswap-stuff which seems to be an issue for years in Ubuntu (and gets
closed most of the times).
However, I was finally able to boot my system and wanted to share for
others who might be run into this issue with systemd timeouts:

Ubuntu 17.10.
I upgraded from 17.04. So if it really should be fixed in 17.10 I'm very open

Having the same problem on Unity and Ubuntu 16.10. Regardless which of
the prorpietary drivers I use (367, 370, 375) it will result in a black

I installed the dbg-packages, executed 'gdb thunar' and then 'run'.
Thunar started and I made a right click twice.
After that nearly the whole Desktop became useless (i had to kill the gdb

If I type and bug appears (in my case on gnome 3) the gnome shell search field
gets the focus.
So every character I type after the focus change appears clearly visible for

Ubuntu 12.04 if very bright light hits the ambient light sensor
directly.
