I sent basically the same patch to Debian, but without the Ubuntu
changelog entry and without the Ubuntu change in the maintainer field.
I did not update debian/patches/10_alpine_1.10_patches.patch to be DEP-3
compliant
In the GNOME session, when the contact list is displayed, right-clicking
on the icon in the bottom toolbar only gives you a "close" option. If
you select it, the contact list window goes away, but empathy remains
running. This behavior is consistent with what I expect "close" behavior
to be.

I tested your change in an OEM project based on Lucid.
Without your change, I would get prompted about the cdrom 100% of the
time.
With your change, I've now successfully done 3 fully automatic installs
without being prompted at all; your patch is working great.

I actually question whether brltty should be a prereq here. If not, then
