With eeexubuntu-7.10.3-desktop-i386.iso (xubuntu for eeepc) there is the
similar ouput error :

The errors during kernel compilation seem to occur with dkms and are reproduced
with "/usr/src# /etc/kernel/header_postinst.d/dkms 3.9.

directory of the compilation.
