The culprit is the xgl/compiz repository. It is unofficial and causes some
problems like this.
Try to remove and reinstall the problematic packages.
Also I think this bug can be rejected as these are unofficial repositories, can
someone confirm?

It appears in the "Other" category while oregano.desktop has:
Categories=Application;Scientific;
I don't know why it doesn't create a "Scientific" category, are there
"authorized" categories and the others go in "Other" ?
Anyway it needs a fix. Confirmed.
