Binary package hint: request-tracker3.6
RT itself uses HTML::Mason and can run behind any fcgi-enabled web
server. It doesn't depend on Apache and thus shouldn't require
rt3.6-apache2. At most, there should be a direct dependency on httpd-
cgi.

Sound volume is extremely low, even with Master and PCM maximised. The
volume is fine in windows, so this doesn't seem like a hardware fault.
