Yes Michael - System/Administration/Software Properties displays the

authentication issues. This leads me to suspect the main source of
problems is Bug #33505 or similar.

attempt to render leaving ugly boxes on my photos. Worst offender is
System Monitor. I'm running Gutsy with desktop effects turned on and the
open source ATI driver.

Can confirm Hardy Beta does not recognize a D-Link DWA-110 (rt73). This
is a new system and new card so don't know if this is a regression (and
I can't test Gutsy without pain due to an unsupported video card).

We should pull pytz from sourcecode and add the Ubuntu package to
launchpad-dependencies. The Ubuntu package uses the system database so
it won't go out of date.
