I too updated last night from 11.10 to 12.04 LTS (X64) and my HP ColorLaserJet
3550 displays the exatct same symptoms described by #11.
I tried configuring as suggested by goutam in #9, it fixed the warning when

I am using Dell V13 with 11.10 and have the same bug. I managed to work
around it by restarting the psmouse whenever i log in but i noticed the
bug also appears when i disconnect/reconnect an external key board to
the laptop, after which i have to run the restart psmouse script i
created manually a
sudo rmmod tpm_tis fixed the issue for me on a t400s (64-bit Mavrick). I
added "blacklist tpm_tis" to /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf to make it
permanent.

exists on both. The only workaround I found was to change the Hebrew
layout to Hebrew Lyx. This solves the problem of shortcuts, which is

Correction: It now works with my Kingston SD card :-)
but still not with my SanDisk SD card (which does work in other devices) :-(
I guess the pciehp.pciehp_force=1 fixed it cause I don't even have to
rescan.

Same issue on a t400s, suspend/resume worked every time and now fails
fairly frequently. Looks like the suspend fails, the suspend indicator
(moon icon) never stops blinking after the lid is closed. Fails even w/o
external devices plugged in, regardless of whether it's plugged into a
power source.
Sorry, should have read the title more closely, thought this was the
same issue as 666172. I've only hibernated, the system came back OK but
I did see the error messages reported in
https://bugzilla.kernel.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15544. The main issue I'm
seeing is with suspend/resume (from RAM) which
I'm seeing suspend/resume fail frequently (about 1 out of 4 times, it
hangs on suspend) on my t400s after I upgraded to Mavrick (64-bit). I
was previously using Lucid (64-bit) and never had this issue. I've only
tried hibernate once, it worked.
