As of kernel version v6.12+, tuning for low-latency can be done at boot-
time via kernel command line. The lowlatency-kernel package will take
care of setting the proper grub arguments, making linux-generic suitable
to replace linux-lowlatency.

ubuntu-daily:plucky
I went with a oracular container and thought I would simply use
do-release-upgrader to upgrade to plucky
