The blank screen is likely not related to the "missing" amdgpu driver,
as the driver is not missing. It may not be in the initramfs, but it is
not missing.

Another way to fix this is to remove the `ssl_dhparam` config option
altogether, https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_ssl_module.html#ssl_dhparam:
