After upgrading from 21.10 to 22.04, the suspend/resume stopped working
on my laptop with an NVIDIA discrete card.
The computer goes in sleep mode, but when resuming, the screen remain

installation (online update during installation was NOT enabled).
The problem kicked in immediately after very first online update (in last state
of installation and before very first reboot).

`apt` as `Residual config`. So I attempted to reinstall it using `sudo
apt-get install --reinstall kubuntu-settings-desktop` and that seems to

specify it then it will default to use /tmp. (if your /tmp has enough
