I was able to validate successfully the packages available in the
-proposed pocket, specifically the following versions were installed in
the cloud deployed:
~/sources/ubuntu/lp1962582 $ grep ceilometer-common *.dpkg
machine-23.dpkg:ii ceilometer-common2:17.0.1-0u
Just tested w/ a jammy image, and yeah - toram works, though it looks
like it took about 50 minutes from boot to load the ISO over this
interface.

I'd need to ask slyon as to why we're having an upper bound to the
timeout value, it's oddly specific, but in the mean time it's worth
trying out a version where we can get the full 30s as specified by the
snapd code.

I have seen that the new version 11.0.14.1 is provided now if you install all
latest updates (default-jre) so the issue should not be present anymore
... still strange that nobody seems to be interested that I opened the
bug, a fix is there and my ticket is
