regression or not. Files in another partition than home can only be
deleted but not moved to Trash, even if the whole partition has writing
allowed for the current user.

I found this bug in upstream

reproduce it after updating mutter to 42.0-1ubuntu1 with 5.15 kernel.

So I added the lines from comment 132 in my docker file and I now I am
not able to build my docker image I get the following error
