Missing all modules for usb nics in initrd which make

With the ubuntu theme yaru-dark (and any other dark theme as far as I
can tell), the "Appearance" panel on KiCAD's PCB editor has both a white
background and a white foreground (font color), making it impossible to
read the text within the panel.
I've attached a screenshot.
The fix for this bug has been awaiting testing feedback in the -proposed
repository for focal for more than 90 days. Please test this fix and
update the bug appropriately with the results. In the event that the
fix for this bug is still not verified 15 days from now, the package

I don't know if this will suffice. With glibc's decision to remove
libpthread, I believe we will need to explicitly copy libpthread.so, at
least temporarily until everything else doesn't explicitly link against
it.

If there's a high likelihood that ceph will be used on a desktop
distribution then its choice of snapshot directory has been incorrect in
two ways. The way forward would be to not ignore conventions designed to
avoid such issues :)
