I have removed my graphic card to test Intel integrated graphics.
Installation of linux-firmware_1.187.23 into focal-proposed it’s
finished without any error, no warning on update initramfs. After
reboot, I didn’t see any bug.
It would be interesting to see if this version solves th

I was trying to load Ubuntu 20.04 from an iso on a USB stick on a new computer

gnome-shell-extension-desktop-icons? From the last time it worked, and check
the /var/log/apt/history.log
I met an issue of drag and drop a file one year ago, I thought it
should be the same root cause, the mutter didn't

Yes, gnome has from 21.10 changed gdm3 to run a process called gjs that
sets up a dbus entry that gnome-screensaver also tries to create.
Basically two processes are competing for the same thing ... this is
called a race .. that gnome-scr

DH_COMPAT=8, and why is this safe to drop in SRU as part of this change?
