Just to say our clients face this as we ship in oem-config mode , which
leads that they cannot login to their computer anymore and they did not
see what QWERTY password they typed !
This is then a very high problem which has been seen even in 16.04 from
time to time
Could we at least have a patch
All autopkgtests for the newly accepted linux-meta-azure (5.4.0.1064.62) for
focal have finished running.
The following regressions have been reported in tests triggered by the package:

I've tested netplan.io 0.103-0ubuntu5~20.04.3 from focal-proposed.
The netplan generator command was run successfully, producing correct
"scope: link" routes with empty gateway/next_hop:

I tried kernels 5.11.0-40 and 5.13.0-21. My machine freezes with both.
Freezes happen randomly, maybe a few seconds after ubuntu boots, maybe
after few minutes. Kernel 5.4.0-90 works.
My version is Ubuntu 20.04.3 LTS. Machine is a Dell Latitude 7390 with
Intel i7-8650U, Intel UHD Gr
