Yes I can confirm the machine thinks there are no monitors connected.
Since you're using a closed source graphics driver we can't investigate
it any further than that. I would only recommend trying:
* unplugging and reconnecting the cable
* replacing the cable with a new one
* avoiding any adap

Description: It is inconveniently after restartiong a laptop to choose
needable "Power Mode" each time.
Steps:
1. Launch a Laptop.
2. Logged in.
3. Open Settings -> Power.
4. Choose in "Power Mode" menu -> [Power Saver] radiobutton.
5. Restart the laptop.
The patched package landed in impish's release pocket:
