Alright, I managed to successfully compile the 2.2.3 focal deb-src
package using 18.04 dependencies. The resulting debs seem to install
flawlessly on 18.04. I logged in a session last night, and overnight the
ticket has renewed, as expected. This is on a clean unattended

@Dariusz, the RBAC rules are in the ovn-northd binary and is applied to
the database. Do you have the updated packages installed on the central
nodes and are you sure the ovn-northd and possibly the ovn-sb-ovsdb
services have restarted after the package upgrade?

Ok so I tried the modified version. As you'll see the ethernet
interface isn't there. I've run apport again.
When I switch back to 5.4.0-74-generic from the repo we see the ethernet
interface again. Did you want an updated apport from the repo version?

broken symlink to libvtkGUISupportQt-6.3.so.6.3. This file should
provided by libvtk6.3-qt.
