Here's an annotated strace output of the dbus process when it fails. In
another terminal, I ran 'systemctl status ntp' which triggers the dbus
query. As Zahid mentioned above, this is with the permissions on
/etc/ldap.conf set to 440, so the dbus-daemon user doesn't have
permissions to read it.

I don't think it's a good idea to mess with system defaults. Plus if you call
the ./script directly it should have already a shebang line with python version.
So python is just for backward compatibility with python2 scripts.

Then followed by:
sudo acpidump > acpidata.dat
You will then find the .day file saved in your home folder.

Exactly the same thing happened to me and I have no idea how or why the
bpool had been exported.
The one thing I would add to Corey's work around, which worked perfectly
is that the $MYDRIVEID I used was the UUID of the bpool partition (best
found in disks), unless that was just my issue? Thanks C

We can't do anything about power_save and firmware crashing. So, I
attached journal log and devcoredump when using with power_save on and
5GHz AP, containing 1) connection instability and 2) firmware crashing
eventually.
