how to know if this setup is using a custom gcrypt for HW acceleration? Or
because of the kernel?

Looks like fprintd daemon is not responding for any new user other than root?

FP authentication doesn't work from the login screen when there is another user.
You have to login into any user with a password for first time, then we can use
FP authentication for our next login attempts.

@Neil - it isn't too easy, but I was able to confirm myself in the
meantime and it works well.
The usual flow is that I bring this fix into the affected Groovy and Focal and
then the cloud-archive would rebase onto those versions.
But I'll add a ubuntu-cloud-archive task.
Maybe they can pre-build
Failure to boot without recovery mode and failure to resume from suspend
are two separate issues. Please choose one issue for this bug to be
about.
Also, please open the 'Additional Drivers' app and see if you can
install the official Nvidia driver. That might help...

The behavior is the same in Windows OS as well.
But in windows the GUI shows an alert like Max attempts are reached and try to
login with PIN or password.

ZFS installation without ZSys installed is equivalent to non ZFS
installation without ZSys. userdel calls ZSys which does the cleanup. If
you don’t have it, nothing will change from today’s behavior.

I was not getting system freeze for a while. But, in the last two days,
