computer had too much lag and freezes to be functional in the work I need

I did what you told me, I can reproduce it anytime so I reproduced issue
at 10:21 (CET) on this day 29 April. Here is my log but its 2 min after
it.. not sure if helps, could not use terminal to run this command when
it was frozen:

Weird. The bug description says you originally installed 19.10, which
also would not install xserver-xorg-video-intel. So I don't think this
is a problem most people will encounter.
Just don't install xserv

Tested now with 10y old Logitech Mx518 and issue reproduced with
PhotoGIMP both maximizes/unmaximized. Large desktop icons, placed on
top-center.
