Here is the problem.
Fanatic test-local-docker, creates a local docker container and imports
local DNS via systemd-resolv.conf , it tries to install "Ping" and
can't do that because of our firewall, well... the firewall in the lab.
It's blocking access to ports.ubuntu.com..

make an improvement: the arc_prune threads would periodically spike
above 20% CPU use, but would return to 2-5% CPU use quickly; it worked
well for a long time, perhaps even hours, before all the arc_prune
threads returned to ~5

setup grub(40_custom), and boot up iso file.
then double click install ubuntu 20.04 LTS icon.
