I think I did a Zoom interview a few years ago, and it worked, but the
microphone hasn't worked for the last few months.
This is an old laptop with two input jacks,

If I do rmmod int3403_thermal - the thermal_zone3 goes away an no thermal

Yeah - thanks Vincent I think I also remember that, but the tests
already worked in when I prepped it (running on the same infra) in
comment #17. If it continues to be unreliable in Bionic I can add that
fix as well.

To check, go to the "Settings" application and look under the "Universal
Access" tab. In that tab there is a "Mouse Keys" option under "Pointing
& Clicking". If this is enabled, please disable it and see if that
restores use of your numeric keypad.

"gfx.canvas.azure.backends" modified to "cairo" (from default "skia").

to fix/reproduce the issue 100% of the time.

The screenshot you added there doesn't show a bug though? Nautilus sorts
folders firsts and then files, is that was is creating the confusion for
you?

Using the patches in the aur repository, I prepared a PPA repository for
the nvidia-340. If wish you can install nvidia-340 package (supported
for kernel 5.5, 5.6 series) from PPA. You can add PPA with following
command.

by a reboot to finish update.
"normal" (Re)boot without update => no bug.
And i use Dropbox to (Autostart at Login).
