and ath10k are affected - which probably points to something upstream in
the bus.
With regards to it being on the USB bus, wireless devices only show

Smeuuh, I can confirm the exact same thing happened to me. There's the
"bogus accelerometer" event device (called USB Dance Mat Motion Sensors
on my pad), and then there's another which isn't recognized by Stepmania
(you can see "not a joystick; ignoring" on its output if you run it from
terminal).
According to changelog for linux_4.15.0-58.64 the following changes were
applied for "Intel ethernet I219":
* Intel ethernet I219 has slow RX speed (LP: #1836152)
- SAUCE: e1000e: add workaround for possible stalled packet
- SAUCE: e1000e: disable force K1-off feature
* Intel ethernet
I'd like to try and attempt fixing this issue if no one else is
currently working on it.
Though this will be my first time contributing code to ubuntu so I might
need some help :)

So either this actually misses qemu changes to fully work OR libvirt needs code
to better work with "older" qemu.
