To achieve this, append string:
nopti
To GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT in /etc/default/grub
So let's say if your GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT looks like this:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash"
Make it:
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT="quiet splash nopti"
When it's done, run "sudo updat
On eoan, we need to add even more lines (I prefer to use
/etc/apparmor.d/local/usr.sbin.mysqld):
