This was discovered at a customer site and affects all of their Bionic
installs that have Micron NVME drives.
The version of nvme-cli present in Ubuntu 18.04 Bionic Beaver (1.5-1)
does not include support to manage updating the firmware on Micron NVME

After reading more, I think what is most important for DNSSEC is --with-openssl.
I don't quite get the goal of PKCS11 but it doesn't seem as important as I
would first think, if I read this correctly.

For #10 and #11, I removed r8822be from /etc/modprobe.d/blacklist.conf
and added rtwpci to blacklist, rebuilt the initial ramdisk with sudo
update-initramfs -u -k 5.0.0-21-generic and rebooted;
Now my realtek wifi card is operational with this workaround!
