This has been reported before I have to find the bug but IPv6 disabled
fully including link local is not a standard setup, I dont think an SRU
will fix this since config files are usually not updated by an SRU.
Even if we patch this the config file will need manually updated by end
users to adjust

I've validated the -proposed kernels for Xenial (4.4.0-158), Bionic (4.15.0-56)
and Disco (5.0.0-22), using the test case mentioned in the description. All
working fine, the issue is gone.

The verification of the Stable Release Update for librabbitmq has
completed successfully and the package has now been released to
-updates. Subsequently, the Ubuntu Stable Release Updates Team is being
unsubscribed and will not receive messages about this bug report. In
the event that you encount
from #31, the wifi should work well on preload image 18.04+oem kernel
4.15(also refer to [1]), so it could be a regression on non-LTS Ubuntu.
In this case, the crash could be caused by a kernel regression or some
binary in linux-firmware.
On non-LTS Ubuntu, there are some ways can be tried.
