I've been reminded that the firmware I have can boot the platform with
either ACPI and Device Tree tables. I've been in ACPI mode and now,
after flipping to DT, the platform boots fine and all 4 interfaces (one

I'm using i3, and something was starting it during session startup (I
have since used im-config to disable it entirely, as it isn't useful for
me). I could reach that UI by right-clicking on the tray icon,
selecting Preferences, switching to the Input Method tab and pressing
the Add butto
My Dell XPS 9570 has been modified with add of an Intel card 9260
wifi/bluetooth, because the "Killer 1550 wifi / bluetooth card" that
came with it does not work properly.

mutagen.mp4.MP4 container does not accept a string value for freeform
text tags, but expects (and returns) a bytes argument. This is
inconsistent with python3 default of string values.
