I think we missed forwarding the proxy setting to aptdaemon when update-
manager switched to that. That said, aptdaemon's proxy support is even
more rudimentary than update-manager's: It only supports one proxy.
update-manager at least has http and https proxies; apt itself supports
proxies configu

motherboard MSI B450 Gaming Plus and others. There were also updates of
the CPU microcode.
The first (#1) on the list for example is Ryzen 2600, old and new bios,

The issue here is that in LP: #1817097 e2fsprogs was changed to use 4k
blocks by default regardless of the created fs size. Changing the
command to force a 1012 byte blocksize causes the mkfs.ext2 command to
succeed:
$ dd if=/dev/zero of=/tmp/image.ext3 bs=4096 count=20
