On ubuntu 18.04 using gdm3 and gnome-shell, getting into virtual
consoles works well when the laptop is not on the docking station. After
putting it on the docking station (getting then 2 monitors), using
CTRL+ALT+F{3,4,5,6} freezes the GUI. I can come back to GUI using
CTRL+A
Found a bug (fixed in later versions) where the auto-resize code can
fail when ENOSPC is lost in the return chain. Fixed up and retested.
Looking good. Submitted an updated SRU for xenial.

Sorry for the late response and please reopen it.
The issue happens in a DMZ.
We have two servers in 95.216.96.128/26 with ip 95.216.96.149 and
95.216.96.150, normally we are able to reach those servers directly
(cause they are in the same subnet).
Sadly our hosting provider forbids dire
