I confirm classes are missing to be able to compile with OpenJDK8, I

After IRC conversations and more testing, I think that I have a clean
reproduction of this bug, along with a root cause.
The root cause: the charm takes control of the radosgw service, and
changes the name, but doesn't remove the old nrpe check.

I got the image on distrowatch. It crashed when i tried to install by a
pendrive created by unetbootin, but was finished with no errors when i used
a dvd made with brasero.

@samuel-thibault kbd_mode would check current state and only allow safe
mode switches without -f, i.e. between unicode and ascii. Scripts
changing between those modes would not have to be changed.
I fixed postinst to not pass -f to setupcon, it is in eoan-proposed.
