@corey.bryant I just spoke to @halves and he said that the series
targets above Bionic are an oversight since this patch landed in
anything newer than 2.11 (i.e. bionic version). We do also need this for
Trusty-Mitaka though so I have added that as a UCA target. I'll let
@halves reply about O/P.

I guess the question is, whether or not, we should be trying to use dasd as a
bcache device at all. Or like create a partition table, and use the partition
as a bcache device then? In that case should the make-bcache fail on the full
dasd device, as shows in the reproducer steps?

Valid IPv4 route configuration (in openvpn text configuration) is without
gateway (route is going to the tunnel, so next hop is not required), eg:
route 192.168.32.0 255.255.240.0
