which should have at least read authority.

I too have similar problem on ubuntu 18.04. I never tried with wire
connection, but my wifi connection repeatedly failing after few minutes.
I tried several solutions. I installed driver=r8168
driverversion=8.046.00-NAPI after downloading from realtek software
download but no good result.

Has OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_BACKEND been added to REST_API_REQUIRED_SETTINGS?
After an upgrade from queens I did not have the "create role" option
either. Adding OPENSTACK_KEYSTONE_BACKEND to REST_API_REQUIRED_SETTINGS
fixed that.

Whenever I resume from suspension on Xubuntu 18.10 (light-locker
1.8.0-1ubuntu1), the backlight comes on momentarily showing a black
