At upgraded 18.04 I have cryptsetup and crypsetup-bin, not cryptsetup-initramfs.
At fresh 18.10 I have no package from cryptsetup.

As far as I can tell, pdebuild was never in Debian.
It is unmaintained with no uploads since 2005.
It is some sort of packaging addon for Eclipse but the Eclipse app is
