Yes. The latest v4.14 also works great !!! I have nouveau drivers loaded
and working perfectly.
In fact, I am running it now: "4.14.0-041400-generic" and I shall stay
on this kernel (the latest kernel which works decently for me).
But the first kernel of the 4.15 series does not work anymore.

1. your workload does a LOT of syscalls (kernel entries from userspace)
OR
2. your workload does a LOT of VMEXITs (runs on a VM) OR
3. uses Intel SGX (you're on your own in that case, go talk to Intel).
Which are directly impacted by the microcode and/or kernel
