Release:18.04
Codename: bionic
$ lscpu
Architecture:ppc64le
Byte Order:
It appears that you still have the package binutils from Ubuntu 14.04
installed on your system. From VarLogDistupgradeAptclonesystemstate we
can see:
binutils 2.24-5ubuntu14.1 0
Please upgrade that package to the version of the one for Ubuntu 16.04
and any other packages that may be out of date.
Andreas' output for Cosmic in https://pastebin.ubuntu.com/p/r4Ts5RwJj6/
looks correct to me, so I think the right fix is to update the test case
with the actual output Andreas found.

A workaround is to install Geogebra 6 from a .deb package from the
Geogebra website. That's documented on
https://askubuntu.com/questions/1043791/geogebra-from-apt-repository-
silently-dies-on-ubuntu-18-04/1043814#1043814 and this worked fine for
me.
