The failure comes from a lilo post-installation script:
run-parts: /etc/initramfs/post-update.d//runlilo exited with return
code 1
Likely you don't need lilo and can remove the package. If you really do
need it then this bug should be against lilo and not linux-firmware.

next SRU cycle. Once this patchset lands upstream, it should be
