As you suggested, adding the resume entry to grub worked around my
inability to resume from hibernate, but the fix noted in bug #1769297
looks to be the real fix. I tested it successfully.

The bug is present on my system.
It was temporarily solved with workaround from
https://dev.solus-project.com/T5224, but I don't use Bluetooth and so don't
know if it is now working.
