In BIOS all CPU cores enabled, in gnome-system-monitor I can see 4
cores, but lshw displays enabledcores=1 (dmidecode displays same

since switch to upstart in 9.10.

I guess this is related to the fact that udevd main loop re-reads
configs at most every 3 seconds. I find that 3 seconds is a really long
time these days.
I wonder if the 3s timeout around manager_reload(manager) should be
removed in udevd.

I run into this problem every now and then. I am not sure what causes
it. At the moment, this is not happening. I press ALT+Left/Right with no
issue. But at some point this bug seems to appear. It's frustrating
because ALT+Left in Firefox, for example, is a keyboard shortcut I use
to go back a page
