Did you actually experience an issue with SSH? Deja Dup doesn't use
duplicity's normal ssh backend, it connects to ssh servers through its
gio backend. So python-paramiko isn't used in the normal cases.

Upstream doesn't do this, supposedly because the quality is lower.
However that concern if justified at all, is only valid for low quality
videos. I don't think it's a good enough reason to use orders of
magnitude more CPU...
