I have the same problem, I made a new install of Ubuntu Gnome 17.04 and
discovered this. Not only Online Accounts but the Thunderbird doesn't
work as well.

something similar) to 17.04 running 4.10.0-20-generic I get a stack-trace every
time I launch hostapd.

to use apport without the non-working adapter plugged in (another one in

[Impact]
On arm64/ACPI-based servers, such as the QDT2400 and HiSilicon D05, there is a
watchdog feature based on the architected timer that is not usable in Ubuntu.
This prevents these systems from using this facility to automatically recover
from a hard lockup.

Everything seems to be fixed now!
Don't know if it is still relevant but when the "broken" update came out the
system did not show up any warning on potential missing libs or that it was an
incomplete update. Thank you!

Since Rogério hasn't responded, I tested that about a week ago on
Xubuntu (we ship /etc/X11/Xsession.d/56xubuntu-session which sets the
same value) and system installed telegram launched as expected.
