Using Pumpa on a machine I just upgraded from 16.04 to 16.10. After the
upgrade, reading timelines works, but every attempt to post a new note
(including File->New Note, C^N, and clicking on the Comment button on
any existing post in the timeline) immediately crashes the Pumpa
I know very little about snaps, but basically it's just a package
format, and not a proper topic for the desktop user guide. (We don't
talk about the Debian package format in the guide either.)

I don't see this a bug, the default configuration changed (and yes it
was annoying as heck). /var/www/html has been the default since Trusty
now, I'm not sure there is any bug to solve here.

@deragon, here, the "$(sleep 10;/sbin/wpa_cli resume)&" doesn't work.
Somehow, I wonder if there is some black magic due to systemd, but it
doesn't seem that any command after the sleep is ever executed.
