I cant mount/install my zpool. so i tried reinstalling zfslinux-utils,
which gives me three error messages like this: "zfs-mount.service is a
disabled" or a static unit, not starting it."...

This is a very confusing procedure, from here.
I have had trouble with Ubuntu 16.04 ever since a new install and upgrade
before Christmas. (I have been using Ubuntu for some years and tried to keep
upgraded).
I explained all this when going through the bug reporting procedure I was
offered last

Worked around it by upgrading to debian's 3.6 version:
Upgrading to debian's 3.6 package worked for me for ubuntu 16.04:
