To go along with bug #1654355, LXC/LXD containers should be set to
automatically start on host system boot, and then they should be
subsequently frozen until needed.
We should think about if this should be configurable if anyone does not
want the container to boot on start.

Only snap names with all lowercase can be registered in the store which
means that a snapcraft register should explain this explicitly when a
user tries to do it. Currently what happens is:

driver is not in the Ubuntu repositories yet. We packaged it in the
System76 ppa so our customers get the fixes in a timely manner. Since
Tuesday, running updates should fix this issue for all affected System76

In 16.04, "LightDM GTK+ Greeter settings" has "Keyboard layout" as an
unused item in in Panel settings. If you add it, the right layout will
probably be set by default, and it can be altered by user. This should
be used by default.

After creating a test crash (echo c > /proc/sysrq-trigger), the Ubuntu splash
screen is shown for around 20 seconds, with the dots being filled and cleared,
then the system restarts into, what I assume is, the configured
kdump-initrd-image and gives me a busybox shell.
