BAsic problem is:
Windows 8.1 and Ubuntu Mate installed on drive.
Downloaded Ubuntu 16.10 ISO from the Lubuntu web site and burned DVD.
Ran Lubuntu from Dvd, successful startup
Ran "Install Lubuntu" from desktop icon.
