I was able to track the spawning down to calls to gpg done from add-apt-
repository.
Simplified - that spawns one:
gpg --keyserver hkp://keyserver.ubuntu.com:80/ --recv

There already is our "oneshot" in the form of "--no-use-agent"
So that does not spawn,

Yeah, using `./configure --prefix=/snap//current` gets the
right path into the binaries, but then it still needs to be installed
with `make install DESTDIR=` to get it into the snap. That

The pulseaudio daemon tries to re-exec itself and fails because its path
isn't where it expects.
If we set LD_BIND_NOW=1 for the daemon in the pulseaudio upstart job
that ubuntu-touch-session installs, it should avoid that problem.
