I've now tried the 4.8 kernel as suggested. It booted into busybox at
initramfs, so I was unable to determine anything useful about it. I also
tried the latest 4.9 kernel. That booted, but produced continuous beeps

When reset the USB 3.0 Device, Will intermittent happen all Usb port
non-function, Must reboot will back to normal.
But if try reset USB 3.0 device again, issue will be happen again.
When issue happen the Syslog shows:
