virtualbox, e.g. duplicate ip address might mean bad dhcp or some device
with a static ip address

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gwakeonlan
and then deleting /usr/local/bin/gwakeonlan
then reinstalling the v051 from

The DHCP v6 protocol does not include prefixlen: On-link indication
comes from router-advertisements, only.
So it's not so much that the script is ignoring it, as it is that
dhclient is making up answers.
