Public bug reported:
mpossibile calcolare l'avanzamento
Si è verificato un problema irrisolvibile durante il calcolo
dell'avanzamento.
I motivi possono essere:
* L'avanzamento a una versione di pre-rilascio di Ubuntu
* L'esecuzione dell'attuale versione di pre-rilascio di Ubuntu
* Pacchetti
[Update] The issue disappear with this workaround:
in a shell execute
setxkbmap -layout us
and then return to my default map:
setxkbmap -layout it
from now (until reboot) xdotool works properly.

This is hopefully the last iteration on a stable targeted fix for bcache
on non-4k architectures. Noting that this possibly applies to 4.6 (if
that gets used for Yakkety) but needs at least some rework for 4.7 as it
looks like submit_bio* functions changed arguments with rc2.
** Patch added:
"000
It worked for a while and reappeared.

But wait, you said that WiFi is working? I cannot enable WiFi because
WiFi enable checkbox is not available after some reboots. So I man not
sure if this is same bug.
Either way, I've want to share some experiment:
First, I had to run this (to disable kill swich?):
rfkill unblock 0:
rfkill list
