boot after installing 14.04.5.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Install Ubuntu 14.04.5 on a system with an nvme drive
2) reboot
3) instead of booting to a graphical environment, there is an initramfs prompt.

These ares different log I get after following the Debugging Bluetooth

I have tried all the options defined up to post #7. I had updated
KXStudio version (Kubuntu?) from 14.04 to 16.06. I used the upgrade
option listed in muon. All went well until the very last. At that point
it crashed and said I now have an unstable system. I restarted and used

Cannot mount proc in unprivileged containers if /proc/xen is mo
this works! you saved my week. i dont know what i did but i added the
certificate also. but it didnt work maybe because i already have added it to
the /etc/ca-certificates.conf file.

version 0.5.1-1.2 in Ubuntu Yakkety seems to have restored the packaged
